Kim started at Youth For Christ officially on October 1, 2005. Kim works in the area of Urban Missions. He has been unofficially part of the family for five years as a professional volunteer working along side his wife Barb who spent five years here at YFC, before taking maternity leave for the birth of their first child A.J. (Alexander Jamin). Kim graduated from Bethany College with a degree in pastoral ministries in April of 2006 .Kim and Barb celebrated the birth of their second child Danika in 2007.
Kim's hobbies are music and sports. Both Barb and Kim enjoy music very much and have a very musical home. Kim's passion is playing the drums and listening to music. His favorite music to listen to is Johnny Cash and anything that is good and heavy. His favorite sports teams are the Vancouver Canucks and the New York Yankees. Kim's favorite pass-time is spending time with his family
Kim also enjoys fair trade coffee from Bolivia . His fears are flying and the possibility of the Calgary Flames winning the Stanley Cup. Kim's heart and passion are for the poor and beaten down in our world, his desires are to meet the people where they are at, and to share the love of God with the young people in the inner city.
